Giltwood wall consoles (n)

A rare, incredibly charming pair of giltwood wall consoles. Each hand carved from a single piece of wood, they are a stunning example. Each featuring a unique face framed by laurel garlands and flowers. Dating from the mid nineteenth century, these beautifully carved and gilded consoles were found in France. They would make a wonderful decorative element to any entryway.
